Virgin deaths?
Screw virgin births - how many people who live to puberty die as virgins? My guess - 0.7%. But I have no idea how to confirm this.

I was just reading the incredibly depressing story of Christine Chubbuck, the local news reporter who killed herself on air because apparently, among other reasons, she was still a virgin shortly before her 30th birthday.
I don't know which is sadder--contemplating the large numbers of dead children who would fill out your number, or contemplating the distinct and horrifying possibility that many of them do not die virgins.
